gentleness. while our hair are wet, they are more fragile even when they dry it
is difficult to detangle them due to this more friction occurs and this results
in split ends.

our hair will become dull and dry and it causes breakage, split ends and loss

· Environmental changes- It also plays an important part in causing
split ends. Heat during the summer season along with pollution and dirt affects
your hair follicle and brings you hair problems.

ending splitting hair is required. Mostly people when they are dealing with it
do nothing just to cut their hair or trim them but if you are not taking proper
care of them, split ends will come again and all your efforts will go in vain.
Here are some tips that
can help you to deal with this problem.
· Wash your hair gently or properly.
· Hydrate your hair and for that you can drink
plenty of water, can use hair mask that can lock moisture in your hair.
· Avoid heating your hair because it can lead your
hair to dryness which makes them more fragile than usual and if necessary then
use hair protecting spray before straightening it.
· Avoid over-brushing because it allows more
friction in your hair.
· Use satin or silk instead of cotton pillow.
· Detangle your hair gently after they dry up and
always detangle your hair slowly from bottom to top.
· After washing hair always remember that you
should be gentler to your hair than usual because at that time they are more
tend to lose their grip.
· Add some gap between your hair treatment like
